Keyboard Shortcuts

Web Harmonium maps your computer's QWERTY keyboard to harmonium notes across two octaves. The bottom row (Z-M) plays the first octave, and the top row (Q-U) plays the second octave. Black keys use the middle row (S, D, G, H, J) and number keys (2, 3, 5, 6, 7).

Tips

  • You can press multiple keys simultaneously for chords
  • Hold a key to sustain the note; release to stop
  • Use the Octave control to shift all keys up or down
  • Use the Transpose control to shift pitch by semitones
  • Connect a MIDI controller for a more natural experience
